These terms govern your use of the Musubi marketing site, operated by English Street Ventures Pty Ltd. By using the site you agree to them.
Using the site
You may browse and share this site. Please don’t misuse it — no attempts to disrupt it, access it other than through the interface we provide, or use it unlawfully.
Our content
The Musubi name, design and copy are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. Musubi’s source code is governed by its own open-source licence, separate from these site terms.
The Musubi service is a separate agreement
Creating a Musubi identity and using the connected apps is governed by separate terms entered into when you sign up. These site terms do not grant any right to the Musubi service itself.
No warranty & liability
This site is provided “as is”. Subject to the consumer guarantees below, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your rights as a consumer
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are reading this elsewhere in the world, you keep the consumer protections of the place you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above changes when we do, and changes are not retroactive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. This does not take away the protections you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
